You never have to pay any additional royalty fees based on usage.

Please see the license agreement for complete details and terms of use.

Are there restrictions on the transfer of music obtained from Premiumbeat.com?
Yes. This license permits only for your usage of the music in a personal or professional context. Premiumbeat.com’s music may not be sold by itself, transferred, bartered, traded, shared, leased, or given away to any other party and the license may not be subleased to a third party. Music cannot be resold except to the extent that is is embedded in your own work as part of a finished end product. You may not market the music as your own even if you add other instruments or a voice to the music. The above also applies to any music Premiumbeat.com may offer free of charge on our Website. Please see the license agreement for further information.

Does the music I buy belong to me?
No. You do not actually own the music. The copyright to the music remains the property of the composer. What you do own is a license allowing you to use the music for your projects and purposes in accordance with the license agreement.

Can I buy Premiumbeat.com music anywhere else?
No. All of the music offered by Premiumbeat.com has been created by our team of gifted professional musicians and composers exclusively for Premiumbeat.com. This may include music such as certain well-known classical music pieces, public domain music, Christmas Carols and Nursery Songs. In these cases, the original copyright has expired and the specific recording and adaptation performed by our musicians is unique. Our musicians own the copyright for their specific adaptation and recording. The only exception is the orchestral classical music from the Apollo Symphony Orchestra which is not composed or performed by our musicians.

What if I want music specifically and exclusively designed for my project. Do you do custom production?
Yes. Our musicians can compose original music for you. Quotes are available upon request. Please email your inquiry and requirements with all pertinent details to customerservice@premiumbeat.com. Our team will respond as soon possible, normally within 48 hours or less.

Can I return a music file and get a refund?
No, once you have purchased and downloaded a music file, Premiumbeat.com cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred.

What is a Full Track?
A Full Track is a complete musical mix with an introduction and an ending. Track lengths vary and may be as short as 50 seconds or as long as 10 minutes.

What is a Music Loop?
A Music Loop is a piece that “loops” or, in simpler terms, repeats itself indefinitely. Loops of various types and lengths are offered in our packages.

In what type of file format will the music be sent to me?
Our music is provided in a superior CD quality .wav format. Some customers may choose to use the sound files with full broadcast quality. Is it safe to make a purchase on your Website?
We fully understand the need for security when making online purchases. Premiumbeat.com uses a state of the art encrypted processing system. Your credit card information is used only by our bank and is processed on a separate, secure server. See our privacy policy for more information.

Will Premiumbeat.com give or sell my e-mail address and personal contact information to anyone?
No! Premiumbeat.com respects your privacy and will not share, give, rent or sell the email address or personal contact information of our clients to any other party. Also, Premiumbeat.com will only send information and email to customers who have expressively given us permission to do so. If at any time you wish to have your name removed from our email list, please send your request to: customerservice@premiumbeat.com. If you wish to be added to our email list to receive special offers and information, send your email address to: customerservice@premiumbeat.com. Please be advised that it may take up to two weeks to process your request.

Are your music tracks Copyright Clear?
Absolutely! Buy your royalty free music at Premiumbeat.com with complete confidence. Our tracks are 100% guaranteed by our musicians to be Copyright Clear. Unfortunately some music being sold on the Internet is NOT copyright clean. This means that someone who does not own the copyright is illegally selling the right to use a music product. This is against the law, of course, and can have serious consequences. Don’t be tempted.

4. Problem solving

I purchased a music track and did not receive an email from Premiumbeat.com with the download link. What should I do?

The most common reason you might not receive our email is that your system may have classified our email address as “spam” or “junk” mail and blocked it or automatically transferred it to another folder. Please check your filters and e-mail folders to see if this could be the problem. If so, to avoid this problem in the future, put the Premiumbeat.com domain on your “safe” list or add orders@premiumbeat.com to your address book.

The second most common reason for not receiving our email is in cases where we received an email address with a typographical error. Depending on the speed of their server, most people receive our e-mail within a few minutes. If you have not received a message containing the link within one hour of your purchase, please immediately send an email explaining the problem to: customerservice@premiumbeat.com. Please provide the details of your transaction including your name, email address, approximate time the order was placed, and a telephone number we can contact if all else fails. We will rectify the situation as rapidly as possible.
